Nothing is prepared in advance. Orders enter the kitchen when they are placed, and BBQ items come off the charcoal grill shortly before collection. Ingredients are sourced from local markets and restocked regularly to maintain quality.

KarachiXpress operates in Etobicoke, Scarborough, Mississauga, Ridgeway and Ajax. Each location prepares the same menu using identical recipes and standards. All locations operate on a walk-in basis and do not accept reservations.

House Rules & Policies
Last Call, Dine-In and Kitchen Closing Times
The kitchen closes 30 minutes before the restaurant, and the final entry for dine-in is 45 minutes before closing time. Dine-in seating is subject to available space and the current waiting list. On busy evenings, dine-in may close early once the waiting list exceeds the capacity we are able to accommodate.
RIGHTS OF ADMISSION & SERVICE
Rights of admission and service are reserved. Management and staff may decline service to any individual, group or party at their discretion. The hospitality industry remains short staffed, and we ask that our teams be treated with courtesy. Thank you.

Take-Out & Delivery Policies
All food is prepared fresh and packed by trained staff following strict food safety guidelines. Once an order has been collected in person or handed to a delivery rider, we are unable to guarantee that food temperature is maintained.
