- Please note that the “PREP TIME” for any orders placed online will be determined by the store after the receipt of order. It can take anywhere between 20-60 mins during “OFF PEAK” hours and more during PEAK hours specially on weekends.
- Incase of any items being out of stock or unavailable , the store reserves the right to cancel the order and process the refund. Refunds for Cancellations can take up to 4 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
- Please select the Pickup / Delivery location carefully , orders placed at one location can not be transferred to another location.
- Once the order is confirmed by the store, the customer can not cancel the order or request for a refund once the order is already processed by the store.
- Payment Processing & Delivery Services are handled by 3rd Party Service Provider
- ( Uber Eats ) . For receipts , refunds and processing queries customers may need to contact UBER-EATS directly with reference to any payment , taxation or service fee related matter

STEP 1
Select Your Items & Pay Online
Select your items from the menu and add to cart. Process the payment using the secure payment processing system online
Head to the Store only once the order is confirmed and Estimated Time of Pickup is Provided
STEP 2
Wait for Confirmation and Order Preparation Time
The Restaurant staff will confirm your order based on the availability of items and Preparation time. Please note that the orders are made fresh and pickup time will be suggested on the order confirmation message based on the selected items. It may take anywhere between 30-60 Mins during normal hours or up to 90 mins during busy hours
STEP 3
HEAD TO THE STORE ONLY WHEN ORDER IS READY FOR PICKUP
Once the Order is Ready for PICKUP and completed, Customer will be notified via TEXT /SMS and they can come inside the store to Pickup . Please do not come inside to pick your order before the estimated pickup time has reached or you have received the text message indicating the food is ready for pickup.
